3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  
• Please make full payment at checkout to confirm your order.
  
• We may cancel or refuse an order if needed (but we’ll always let you know if this happens).
  

4. Shipping

• We do our best to send your order out quickly.
  
• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.
  
• Once your order is on its way, delays that are out of our control (like customs or courier issues) aren’t our responsibility—but we’ll always try to help where we can!
  

5. Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on skincare products unless something arrives damaged or defective.
  
• If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

All the photos, text, designs, and product names on this site belong to Skin by Artistry Lab. Please don’t use them without our permission.

We want your skin to love our product, but we can’t be responsible for any reactions or issues that may occur. Please use our products carefully and patch test if you’re unsure.

These terms follow the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled by the Singapore courts.
